I Left One-derland, Unfortunately!!

Thursday, January 12, 2012

One-derland was such a great place to visit!! I thought it would be a permanent move this time, but the holidays took care of that!! I had to make cookies and fudge for my grown sons, didn't I????? And then there was the eggnog (with rum)!! My willpower took a Christmas vacation and I just couldn't resist all the goodies. I really didn't mess up too bad, though...I only gained a couple pounds. I'm back on track and I haven't fallen off the "soda wagon" yet...12 days and counting!!!

One-derland, here I come for a permanent move!!!

Same thing happened to me, only worse. LOL. I gained 30 pounds in the last half of the year. I ate cookies, candy, cake, pie, on and on. I have 12 pounds back off already.

You'll be back - it's just that you've taken a step back for the two you'd taken forward. Now that vacation's over you can get back on track. And when spring arrives, you can get outside to do more, too. Progress, not perfection!

Well, fantastic that it's day #12 w/o soda. That should help. As DOODIE59 said, One-derland is there waiting for you and you'll get there!

One-derland is there, waiting for you. Just keep doing what you're doing:) Good job so far. Two steps forward, one back is part of the dance, so just enjoy it:)
Good luck!
