Day 14: Two Weeks Down, Another Two Coming Up

After two weeks, I am still pretty motivated, despite my ups and downs. I'm happy to be doing this finally in my life. I have the hiccups in the video, so please excuse me.

  Hey, I been on here 7 months now and yours is the first video i've watched - what a fantastic way to track yourself.
I wanted fast results - they don't come - but 7 months later i am 2.5stone lighter - i still have 2,5 to go, but i will get there.
As long as you set yourself realistic goals, it will happen. Just keep tracking every day and dont give up - even when you know you've totally blown it just track it, because even if you cant commit to keeping a diet long term, there is nothing to stop you logging long term. And when you log, it really does make you aware of what you are doing, whereas when you are not logging, your brain ignores it and turns off and that's how we get bigger and bigger,
I'm not on a diet any more - i'm cutting down and acknowledging what i eat - that's the way i think of it. Please never ever give up the logging even when you stop the diet - maintaining weight is better than the terrible pattern we've got into of gaining weight.
Good luck 0 i really mean that from my heart. would love to see a video blog of you every week.

Ps - last tip - if you havent lost and you have logged, make sure you weigh your portions, even now i struggle with guessing and your cals can be double what you guess or it could just be down to fluid retention :_

    Hang in there I know you can do it. Im in my first week and I have not lose any weight but I know its working. I just have to stay focus and motivated. Eat right, exercise, and drink alot of water
