Well I thought I'd like the Zumba class, but I hated it! Zumba is definitely not for me! I can't dance and I was the worst person in the class. There was a break around the 30 minute mark and I bailed. I almost cried I was so frustrated. So I went upstairs to take out my frustration on the rowing machine. Well at least I got my cardio done.

    Thanks. My goal is to try every class at the gym at least once this month and then settle on a routine until Spring, then mix it up again in the Spring. So far I like spinning and yoga. I will probably do cardio kickboxing again but I'm not so into the teacher. The spin and yoga teachers are older and have way more experience.

    you poor thing! dont give up. zumba is awesome but its not fro everyone. you may feel silly and think you are not doing it right but you really are. as long as you keep moving thats whats important. im sure everyone else feels silly and aweful! i do zumba at home on my 360 game console. i love it because no one is watching me. if zumba is not your thing explore other options...maybe cycling???
