So I decided that I would do the free fitness course for my wed night class at my new church. So far the plan is to go to my regular church Sundays and go to Calvary for t3 on wed and either do the single parenting class or divorce workshop on Thursdays at Calvary. Here is a run down of the fitness program...so excited!!
The program is 10 weeks long.The first week was this week and we just overviewed the program. Next week we are doing fitness testing and JR Nikols an ex NFL player/personal trainer is coming to train with us as a group. So weeks 2-5 is working with the personal trainer, then week 6,7, and 8 the a dietitian and nutritionist are coming in to make us personal diet plans, teach us how to shop at the grocery store and week 8 the author of the glutton free cookbook is coming in and giving us glutton free cooking classes and then week 9 and 10 are with the pastor focusing on spiritual health and avoiding negative thinking.
