PC for me is a matter of being very alert and to measure. It is easy for me to say.."Oh that's a half cup, when it's actually more than a cup. Also, I have been known to argue.. oh what's one Hagen Das pop? It's not the pop actually, but sugar, for me, starts a craving.
I'm losing weight as I change my perspective on my food. This is not a diet but it's "This is how I eat"
Funny that when someone asks about our pet's diet, we know immediately that they want to know what the pet eats; it has nothing to do with being "on a diet".
So my diet is made up of vegetables and again vegetables, fruits, grains and some protein.
As I let the sugary processed foods out the door, I feel better. I hope to have fewer headaches as well.
