Well, I'm doing well with my eating so far this week. I think the cookie monster is calming down...helps that I don't care for the cookies that are in the house! I've snacked on nuts and fruit to tame that craving and I've skipped sweetners in everything...seems like the more I have the more I want, so it's probably best to just pass.
We had friends over last night and we got takeout Thai food. I had the seafood curry dish I enjoyed so much a couple of weeks ago, delicious! I was tempted to make a dessert, but served fresh fruit instead, and we all seemed to be quite satisfied! I think I will do the same tonight when I have friends from church over...I don't think anyone will be complaining!
I took my dog on a long walk this morning and then did one of my new DVD's for an hour...I'm loving this one! It's a tough workout, but it's broken down into ten minute sessions. I can do all of them, or just one or two. I like that it has a nice ten minute stretching session, because I sure need that!
I've got a Spark recipe in the crock pot and I'm off to get a few errands done. I hope everyone is having a great week so far!
