This morning I went to the laundry room and put a load of laundry on. When I went back to put the clothes int he dryer I still had 4 minutes remaining. Too little to walk back to my apartment and too much to idle away. It is an enclosed room and no one was around so I decided it was a good time to do some ST. My breathing is not good this morning and my pulse had dropped to the 50's so I knew I needed to do some moving. I did wrist curls and arm circles and a few other easy movements.
I had 5 minutes in!
I started walking back to my apartment and was noticing how pretty the door decorations were for this floor. There was no tobacco air!
so I decided I might try to do some hall
My COPD book says to start even with 1 minute, I made it 8 minutes and 86 calories burnt.
I think I will go for a few minutes on the recumbent next. I get so tired with my breathing but it is feeling good to get some things started again and find some new ideas!
