...but it seems incredibly detrimental to put up unrealistic (or constantly post & reblog) commercial images of teeny tiny toned athletes and models who realistically, aren't even your body type. And more realistically, if these images aren't digitally enhanced and they do have incredibly fit bodies, they probably have much more resources (such as personal trainers, time, or having these rock hard bods are literally their job/part of their job) than 97% us on this site.
it just seems so incredibly detrimental and I know it's an unhealthy fixation that can lead to mental, emotional, and eating disorders.
And I came to write this post because I was posting in the Jumpstart challenge and saw a few member links to "my inspiration page" and other related links that were literally nothing but ridiculous images of an unattainable female ideal... Well, it's opposite of inspiration for me and that's all I'm going to say - I shan't disparage anyone else's visions of inspiration (though i think healthy skepticism is healthy).
