I made up my mind i am going to lose and keep it off and not going to gain again!! I have been exercising every day.. working out on treadmill.. walking and running.. and many other exercise. mixing it up and getting my heart rate up. Also.. i have been eating good and not eating much sweets. Hubby is doing this with me which is so helping, i dont think i could do it without his help.
This is a life thing and i am doing it.. i am 60 and i did it once i can do it again.. so lets do it.. dont ever give up!!!!
