Did way better today and felt really in control and not hungry. I managed to eat just over 1200 calories and then enjoyed an hour long boxercise class this evening. It was great to go and do some punching and skipping, which I hadn't done in quite a while.
Going to take things one day at a time and avoid stepping on the scale for a little while. I feel really good tonight and positive and I want a repeat!
