Today I ran 1.5 miles in 16 minutes and 18 seconds. I feel like I have lots of room for improvement. I also did 20 regular and 27 half push ups in 2 minutes and 37 sit ups in 2 minutes. I burned 635 calories too!!!
I am looking forward to how much I improve over the next 6 weeks. Stay tuned for more updates each day!
