Time for a run outside! So excited to be joining up with my running buddy for a run before I teach yoga tonight.

My motivation level is sky high and I'm using that to really push my workouts. I've currently been marking a spot on the inside of my wrist with the initials MPB to stand for the Millstadt Park Biathlon. I WILL be ready to rock that race.

Have a great night everyone!

I've been enjoying this lovely weather! I'm a January baby, and I'm used to having snowstorms and things like that on my birthday, but not today! (Just later tonight haha!) But. . .I have to admit, I do kind of miss the snow. The weather has been so crazy this year. At my college's homecoming in October, it was so hot out I was in a tank top and flip flops. The year before at homecoming in September, we had sweatshirts and were drinking hot chocolate shivering. Don't you love being a Midwesterner? ;) Keep Sparking!

I am so happy to see that you are doing well. Keep it up! We are starting to get some winter weather up in Calgary now so running outdoors is out of the question. I have Insanity so I'm keeping warm indoors.
Have a great day and keep smiling!
