Back to Exercise! Oh happy day!

Tuesday, January 10, 2012

What a great day this is! Today was the first day I was able to return to my vigorous water aerobics class since I had my hysterectomy November 28th. A few weeks ago I swam for a half hour, it felt great, but I suffered for two days after that. It's been so hard to just walk for exercise, but that's just what we did last week to prepare for the WA class today. I'm at work and can feel that I probably overrworked, but I should be able to rest after lunch. I was sad to break my streak of weelky exercise minutes, but it was unavoidable. I'm looking forward to a great year and want to wish all my spark friends a great new year! emoticon

I hope that your exercise will help you feel better.

It's good to see you back.

Awe, I didn't know you had surgery. I haven't been a very good friend so please forgive me.

Glad that you are healing and back to the exercise.

I have missed you but have been busy with my Father. His health is declining and I try to spend as much time as I can with him. He is not in a Rehab Center after having a stroke over Christmas. It just tears me up to see him so Broken.
Hope Jesus comes soon.

Hugs, Sunny
