One thing I wanted to share with those who may be having trouble getting to the gym - check out what classes your gym offers! I was scared to death of trying something new that required athletic ability since it's been a while since I had done anything but running. I got up the courage to try Zumba - and I LOVE it! I look forward to going to the gym every Tuesday & Thursday night now! So get up your courage, remember that everyone at the gym wants the same things you want, and try something new! You never know what you'll learn about yourself!
