So, I have had many changes this past year. My husband left his job of 14 years and started at a completely different company, we moved to another state (which after 5 months I am still not feeling the people or place), we left the oldest child behind in to finish school, the youngest has made some heart racing decisions which has left us with many ups-and-downs, and not only am I starting a new job in the new location I am still commuting once a month to the old location. Can you say STRESS? The good news I have stayed in my 5lb range during the entire situation, continued to go to the gym as much as I could muster, and am back on plan to lose my 50lbs for this year. I tried to lose 50lbs last year and fell short by 10lbs so now I have 60lbs in a year to master and this is DO-ABLE. The wonderful conclusion I came to was "I kept it off for a year so maybe I learned something this time around".
