Things are going good for me. I had a great sleep last night and I feel really rested and energetic today.
I met my goals last week except for the 4 diet coke/day one. I wasn't too far off, but I definitely was over.
My goals this week:
1. Plan and track food
2. Walk 3 times, Aquasize 2 times.
3. 4 Diet coke/day.
