Down 6.2 from load ( and put on 2.4 with load ) so I am happy so far and am really motivated to stick it out.
Hopefully i can keep up eith it through the week, then the weekend will be easier.
Meal planning is definately key for me to making this work.
Dreary, cold day here in DFW.
A litthe bit of a challenge this morning as usal when making the kids brekfast, but if i do one egg beater, that keeps me from indulging in their eggs and toast..And i figure a tad bit more protein should not be too bad.
I am doing greek fat free yogurt and strawberries at one meal. As long as i keep losing i will stick with that since it is a favorite and keeps me feeling like i am not on a " diet". If i stop losing at least a half a pound a day without cheating in other ways, then i will cut that to everyother or every third day.
