After battling fatigue and being so tired for so many weeks, it was great to have enough energy to run all my errands and keep going for the whole day. Unfortunately getting to the pool or walking with my poles wasn't on the list of errands but that is OK. Going all day and not needing a nap was good enough. With the energy I had I also tracked my food and cooked dinner instead of going out, after cleaning out my freezer and tossing some stuff to make room for 10 lean cuisine - they were on sale. I just tracked my food from yesterday and am totally appaled at the number of calories and fat grams I consumed. Today is a new day. The important thing is to stick to my program and keep logging.
