I am back from vacation. And I am also back on my exercise routine. Boy, it was difficult to get back into the activity level that has worked for me. I tried all last week and only, barely, approximated my former habits. I was only away for two weeks and I did do some exercise while I was on vacation - but it wasn't what I need to do. I am glad I did not gain weight while traveling but I didn't really lose either.
So today I really pushed myself to do my morning and evening workouts. And now I feel so much better! It is amazing how exercise improves your mood.
So now off to bed for a good night's sleep.
