I am doing week 2 of the January Challenge.
Exercising every day is good for my body. I can feel changes - my walking was consistent until Mid-December - then of course Don was home and I was gone more than I was home. Some of the walking everywhere had to be good for me - right? Well that was my thought anyways.
Now I am doing spark videos to keep along with the challenge to meet the goals of the challenge. Can I just say I HATE EXERCISE? Well unless of course it is swimming, walking on my treadmill or walking Brute? I hate stretching this and trying to extend that.. ummm I dont do that very well. I have to improvise on most of the exercises due to my bad foot... I cannot hop, jump, or skip on that darn ankle. I kick from the knee not the hip, I extend the opposite leg holding onto a chair, I never ever hop across anything - I jump with both feet, but know that my right foot takes most of the abuse...
so anyways - I am doing THIS - I want to look fabulous at my sons wedding... so now that I have all of that out of the way.. here are a few dress choices I picked today... let me know which one you like. Thanks. Jean
