Rough day. Not feeling well at all. My sinuses are killing me and I've been dealing with hot and cold flashes from an apparent fever all day.
I have resolved to NOT let anything be an excuse to stop my from putting in at least 10 minutes of exercise per day. So I stuck with my plan and got my 20 minutes of Leslie aerobics done and the Day 2 lower body sculpting video done. It was a challenge to get through, for sure.
I met all of my other goals today even though I really did very little aside from lay on the couch and read and nap.
As far as reading goes... this Endurance book by Jack Kilborn is scary, but I can't put it down and am already 85% finished with it. I will be able to finish it up before I go to sleep tonight. I recommend for people who like horror, suspenseful thrillers and don't mind death, and some pretty gruesome stuff. I still say it's very much like a super twisted episode of Criminal Minds. I do hope that there are some survivors. I am not a fan of books where everyone dies.
I just remembered I forgot to put my husband's clothes into the dryer, so off to do it now!
