Day 6 of the rest of my life

Well I didn't get up at 5 a.m. and go on the treadmill - I looked at the clock when I was awakened at 4:30 and just decided I COULDN'T do it! BUT, I took my tennis shoes to work and I went for a walk at lunchtime. Went on a 30 minute brisk walk. It was nice. Cool outside but okay to walk in.
Probably going to do the walking at lunch today, Wednesday and Friday and 30 minutes going up and down the stairs at work Tuesday and Thursday!!!! Work out some different muscles in my body for a change! :)
So far so good.........

  Changing your exercise keeps it from getting boring. Keep that water and veggies and fruit going too! You are doing awesome girlfriend!! emoticon

    I am right there with you with the early wakeup. I have the hardest time with that, but it does get a bit easier after doing it for a few days.

One day at a time, so far so good, is the best possible start... =)
