Well I didn't get up at 5 a.m. and go on the treadmill - I looked at the clock when I was awakened at 4:30 and just decided I COULDN'T do it! BUT, I took my tennis shoes to work and I went for a walk at lunchtime. Went on a 30 minute brisk walk. It was nice. Cool outside but okay to walk in.
Probably going to do the walking at lunch today, Wednesday and Friday and 30 minutes going up and down the stairs at work Tuesday and Thursday!!!! Work out some different muscles in my body for a change! :)
So far so good.........
