So, five blogs ago I was writing about how I was 15 weeks along, so I thought I had to do another one of those, hehe! I obviously do not do many blogs and unfortunately, I also haven't been on SparkPeople much! I want to change that!
So, baby number two is on the way and will be due some time in mid to late June 2012. My hubby and I cannot believe we are about to embark in this journey all over again so soon, but we really wanted to have our little ones close in age...and that, they will be! About 18 months apart, in fact. My mom and uncle were only 11 months apart and my grandma had one other little one at the time--and then, had two more after that! (We're Catholic.) If she can do that, I surely can do this, haha!
I cannot comment on my weight gain nor my exercise in this blog as I did in my first 15 weeks along blog, because I have not weighed myself since I got preggers nor have I exercised! Aaaaah! Not good. I am trying to get back on track, because if I don't, I will have gained waaaay too much this time! I do not want regrets! I know some gain is necessary and inevitable, but the way I've been eating for the past three months is not exactly healthy and moderate! So, here I am, trying to get refocused!
I am not going to get obsessed and I know I can't diet, but I can work on not majorly overeating and trying to get in more water, vegetables, fruits, etc. Not to mention, trying to work in some light cardio or something!
