I just haven't been feeling it lately.
I haven't been exercising consistently for a long time, even though I know that I need to, and I've been becoming less consistent about tracking my food, too. I know that I have to put down the excuses and just do it, but I've been feeling so depressed and tired lately that I'm having a hard time talking myself into it. I know that I felt better when I was exercising consistently and would feel better if I could get back to my routine. Why is it so difficult for me to get back on track?
