It's been a long time since I used SP, but I'm ready to give it another shot. My diet's not bad, but I have a very hard time making it to the gym regularly. I joined a TRX class a few months ago. It's a challenge because I don't have enough core strength but I've been able to stick with it. Now I just need to motivate myself to get to the gym more often between classes. Recording my diet helped with portion control and snacking when I did SP the first time, and I lost weight. I'm hoping to stick with it again to help reduce my "love handles". My partner and I are planning to attend a wedding in Hawaii at the end of next year and I want to be able to wear a bathing suit!
