Survived the Weekend of Temptation!!!! :)

So the first weekend of 2012 wen't.....pretty freakin awesome I think. I was terrified on Friday about surviving the weekend...It's just seemed like for me to enjoy my days off, they usually had to be filled with fast food and cigarettes..just the idea of going without either made me want to quit this whole lifestyle change

As Friday night came, thanks to my preperation, I stayed on track with my food even though we had a party. I kept myself busy and totally forgot about smoking...I really wanted one at one point and kept saying "I'll have one later"...and later never came! Woot! One week down. :)

Saturday, ended up doing a McDonalds run with friends and SOMEHOW I had the willpower to only "taste" one french fry! I stayed on track for the rest of the day and to my surprise, lost 4lbs this week when I weighed myself in! I know it's my first week and a lot of that is probably water, but it's so rewarding to see results! I am totally getting hooked on exercising too! My new motto is "Feel the burn, feel the rewards!"...What have I turned into? lol

This is totally going to keep me motivated all week! I can't wait to sweat my butt off tonight!
