    Might have to look into that book, emotional eating has been one thing I struggle with. I don't believe in fasting and low carb stuff but to each their own. Best of luck and strength training is definitely essential!

    The book sounds interesting. Will definitely need to check into it. I think the information you shared is interesting and kind of makes sense. Please keep us updated on how the "diet" is going for you.

    ST will definitely speed up the weight loss. I made the same mistake of trying to do a lot of cardio and not much in ST, man ST makes a difference. Good luck!!

    I'm such a carboholic...go into shock. Good job with working into it.
    You sound a though you enjoy the pilates power gym. I never heard of it before.

    This sounds like what i do, lol. I generally have an off day then i get back into it it, and i drop the weight fast.
