    Keep your chin up, programs work and if followed it will bring results. Do what is best for you, exercise can really help with the emotional stuff. Best of luck!

Exercising is great, focusing is fabulous, but not for nothing, I think that by putting up the video blog is a great way of getting support. Sometimes, life is not unicorns and rainbows. Keep reaching out as much as you can and however you feel comfortable. And, I guarantee, you're not alone in how you're feeling (I've been there). Sending you lots of love and support!!!!

    My heart goes out to you. I'm sorry you are so down on yourself. You are so young and have a whole life ahead of you.
I agree with Racheal that exercising is a great way to brak the cycle. Don't think of it as a way to lose weight but as a way to ease your mood. I suffered from severe PND after my last child and was a total nut job. Walking 10km everyday with baby in the pram was what saved me. Oh that and digging up the entire front yard!!!
Exercise produces endorphins (feel good drugs) that help to lift mood.
Little goals to help you now are what is needed.
Hang in and stay strong!

    After seeing this log I just wanted to say Hang in there and stay focused. If your environment is bad and is causing you to stay down just Change it. I know it may be hard to do but if you really want to change and feel good about yourself then my advice is keep praying, avoid any negative around you, concentrate in your schooling and start a exercise program. you can exercise alittle in the morning before school and maybe alittle in the evening when you are thinking. Exercise is a GREAT way to get rid of stress
