Staying Positive

This week had a few ups and downs, but I lost a pound so I think it's all good. :) Seriously, yesterday was the best/worst day of this week! I went to the gym (good), did 30 minutes on the elliptical (great), and then played bingo and in the process of that had two glasses of wine, four amerettos, and I don't even want to think about how many Girl Scout cookies I ate! It's like I'm trying to sabatoge myself. But, no more beating myself up! Today is a new day and the start of a new week, so it's only up from here.

    Great job on the workout. Stay positive! The ups and downs are hard, but you can do this. One step at a time.
