So today I didn't have the stir fried veggies like I said I was going to have, but I did do something different. I made spaghetti (using ground turkey) and I ate half of what I usually eat and instead of having two pieces of bread, I had one. Like I promised myself, baby steps!!
I am also planning to go to the gym for the first time in a long time!! I am preparing my lunch and gym bag so I am not rushing to do it in the morning. I am actually really excited. I even scheduled myself to go into work an hour later so I have time.
