It is not how long , it is not how little but it is how much you want this change. You see I am my change so I am finding 90 minutes in my day to move. I take 10 min in every work out to move at my desk or in the School hallways I'm moving.
The weather man here say warm and lots of rain this week so that means more inside time for me. I love outdoors but if it Gods well I'll workout at the Gym or with the DVD and be just as happy.
Plans for Week 2 No bread, more movement and more me time. Workout starts @ 4am this week lots to do this week.
