I did 86 minutes of fitness today.
Today's highlight was again getting in a good amount of fitness minutes during a football game. Hats off to the Denver Brocos and Tim Tebow for an amazing game (and kudos to the Steelers for coming back and showing how tough they always are). My brother lives in Denver and was at the game today. Watched the game with my boys and we'd go outside during some commercials and run sprints and throw football.
I had to laugh at this comment from a member – her dog ate my book The Spark! But happily she got another copy. As a small plug, I honestly believe reading The Spark is one of the top things any SP member can do if they want to increase their chances of reaching their health goals and any goals in life. If you buy the book, read it, and don't like it, I'll buy it back from you:
