Week One Results

One week into the New Year and I'm down 2.5 pounds! I'm following a FODMAP Diet...Basically Low Carb/Paleo. Limiting alcohol to once or twice a week, instead of daily ~ LOL!
Decided to get back on Sparkpeople and get serious about tracking my food intake. I noticed today that when I joined Sparkpeople 6 years ago, my starting weight is now my goal weight. Funny how menopause has changed things. My goal back then was to comfortably get into my Size 8 Levi's....Now it's to comfortably get in my size 12 Levi's! Lots of things have changed since 2006. We moved out of our house and into our Motorhome in 2009, and we've been traveling and working in Arizona, Alaska, Kentucky, Georgia, Wisconsin, and now spending the winter in SW Texas. No gym available and I have limited space for workouts, but I'm figuring it out.
I've set my first goal at 10 pounds loss & 4" in my waist measurement. Once I reach that, I'll set a new goal. My workouts are at lest 15 minutes of cardio, 3 times a week. I'm doing Kettlebell workouts. Also doing some yoga and bike riding on days I don't do Kettlebells.
Starting slow, but determined. :)
