My husband and I are going to a party tonight and there will be a buffet with heaven knows how many choices. Yesterday, I made chicken vegetable soup with left over chicken. It has carrots, onion, garlic, and celery in it. I used a salt-free seasoning to take away the blandness. Right now, I am having a big bowl so I won't arrive starving and succumbing to the temptation of making wrong choices and eating too much. And once again, I'm posting this blog for accountability.
