New Year, New Me!!!!

I have been back on the wagon for 1 week now and I have lost 3 pounds. I am so happy. I have learned to take it one day at a time. I have been drinking water only. Yes!! I have given up soda, tea and fruit punch. I love sweet drinks. I had to go cold turkey. I eat a lot more fruits and veggies now. I now need to fit exercise into my busy schedule.

    I think the 10-minute challenges are a great way to remind us that we can squeeze it in. Just 10 minutes of cardio, getting your heart rate in the right range, is beneficial - and most of us can find 10 minutes somewhere.
