Going to do some major walking later this afternoon - around the block but I did get some exercise in while doing laundry, dishes, and sweeping and mopping the floor.
I found something out this morning - you know you need to lose your belly when you realize that something you wore the past couple days has rubbed your c-section scar raw and it is getting tender and sore. 2 1/2 years AFTER the c-section!!!!!
Still trying to eat healthier - 5th day without soda, sweets, or fast food. I did have a small glass of chocolate milk this morning and a toaster strudel WITHOUT the glaze put on it. I am eating smaller portions at meals and trying to cut out quite a bit of unhealthy things I usually eat. It's hard. I truly think I have some sort of food addiction. I hate obsessing over food!!!!!
