Ok so over the holiday i put on 2 lbs of the 5 i already lost, i have now lost those 2 lbs again but i can't help but feel like i am stuck in a rut, i am exercising everyday instead of every other day now, and i am eating smaller portions. I know it doesn't come over night but when i look at my reports i am supposed to be at 128 and i am still at 134.
I am so frustrated, i am trying to do everything i can think of to motivate myself and its not helping.
I have my wedding dress (in the bag so my honey can't see it) hanging on my closet door, i have motivational signs hanging on my wall that i change everyday, i just am at a loss of what i can do to make myself work harder.
