Well folks, I'm now 6 days in. Yesterday was not a great day. I overate for my tracker, though I have done lots worse other days & spent most of the afternoon mad at my kids. Stressed? Hungry? Needed a run? Maybe all three.
Someone smarter than me would have gotten out this morning, but I've left it too long now & won't make it out today. We're off to the city for paint, drywall mud and to trade our hockey bags for smaller ones. My mother bought them but they are bigger than the boys!! Then, it is off to an afternoon hockey game.
I pre-planned my McD's stop, because first thing my eldest wanted to know was if we could go there. I'm going to have a Hamburger Happy Meal with Apple Slices and if I'm still hungry, a Fruit & yogurt Parfait. That sets me back about 600 calories, 15 g fat and far more sodium than I'm happy with, but what can you do.
We'll have to hit a grocery store today too, so I'm hoping to come up with a healthier supper option that I can eat after the game. I've got another 400-600 calories to "spend" today, so there are lots of options in that range. My concern is keeping the sodium down, because I know it impacts my body.
So, summary of activity today - shopping and lugging paint. Yikes. Must get a run in tomorrow! I've got 10 miles to cover again.
