Yesterday was a long day. We had to go to the theater and finish up set construction and clean out the locker rooms, bathrooms, and auditorium. It was a hard physical day. I was afraid I'd wake up dizzy from all the tension in my neck and upper back...but I didn't!! Yay! Maybe I'm getting healthier. I mean all those muscles are killing, but no dizziness or unstable walking! I'm very thankful for that!

I stayed pretty much in range yesterday--despite eating that donut at set construction.

Today is another very long day. I hate having such long days because I usually snack way to much when I get home...it's like, "Phew, all that tension is gone, relax...eat, and eat some more." I've been doing better, but today is so long and I'm already aching.

Well, I'm shooting for a great day!

    That's wonderful that you are doing well. I am sure you are getting stronger!
Maybe you can bring some healthy snacks from home to counteract everyone else's generosity with food. We have well meaning people at my work who are "donut donators" also. emoticon

    Hang in there. It will pass and soon the episodes of dizziness and instability will be fewer and further apart.

    Oh I am so glad you didn't hurt too bad!

I still like to use food to "relax" at the end of a tough day, but am trying to switch to hot tea instead. Might work for you?? Course you still owe your body enough food over the course of the day... a fine balancing act indeed!

Bring healthy snacks with you when you know you will be gone for an extended period! I do!
