Today was a great day. I hit 1222 calories - close to my low goal of 1200 (1200 - 1500 is my goal each day). this is the best I've done & I feel quite satisfied - even managed a square of Lindt dark chocy to finish off the day.
I also walked for 70 mins on quite a hot day, and lots of nasty hills to boot - not fun, but good for my weightloss.
I really like having a range for eating that I can go between - takes away the angst when you go over your limit, & stops you beating yourself up. And this time I'm eating simply and entering my own food, much simpler that way - rather than trying to follow someone else's suggestions. It's just too hard & involves a lot of purchasing of special ingredients, plus I find it MUCH harder to stick to. This way I go with the flow, but track it as I go, and try to eat as healthily every step of the way as I can.
