Hello sparkfriends....

Things with me are okay, I had a few rough days but things are starting to get back to normal.
Today has been a good day, good exercise and healthy eating as well....
I'm going to try Dr. Oz popcorn recipe...1/4 cup of popcorn place in a lunch bag and popped in the microwave..the add some butter flavored spray, then add some spices, I'm not using salt, but maybe some Mrs.Dash hot spice...it suppose to have about 100 calories and better for you than the oil kind I usually have.....I love popcorn....

well like I said not much going on here, maybe the after holidays let down.....seems we work so hard, stress so much and then boom..it's all over and now what.....lol

how many days till spring.....

    Hmm, I'll have to try Dr. Oz's popcorn recipe for sure! I am the opposite, I am SO glad the holidays and stress are over. But, I can see how it would be a letdown afterwards for many! Take care of yourself :o}

    Kitt, I am a popcorn freak and I made this popcorn. It's prety good, so you really may waant to try it. I added some chopped almonds the 2nd time I made it and it was even better. emoticon

    I've been snacking on popcorn this week. I love it. Great snack. I'll have to try Dr. Oz's recipe, but first I need to get some paper bags. Have a great evening!
