    Congrats on the weight loss, making the change and the exercise! I would recommend a food scale if you don't have 1 already and liquid measuring cup to be sure of how much you are eating. Portion control and getting in at least 30 mins of exercise and 64 ounces of water a day is the way to go! Measure 8 oz chicken, 6 oz red meat- keep to 3 times a week, 7 oz turkey, 7 oz fish, 2 oz cheese. Contact me if you want further advice. Good luck!

    sounds like your off to a wonderful start, just take one day at a time. If you havent already taken measurements u might want to- sometimes the scale can bring us down, but we can see the changes in measurements as well-
Drink tons of water-
Im really proud of u for putting in 30 min of exercise! ur rocking it!
