Wow, i can't believe it's been probably 6 months since i've been on SP. I tried to log in the other day to check calories in a recipe and couldn't get in. I was soooo afraid that i was booted off for in activity. All my tracking and 50+ lbs of weight loss ups and downs are on here. Luckily it was just my computer acting funny!! I'm not saying i'll be able to devote as much time as i had in the past (my work computer doesn't like the site for some reason), but i'd like to get "back on track"
The good thing is that i haven't gained everything back. Looking at my last post in May 03, 2011 i was around 148. Monday i weighed in at 158, 10 lbs(!) but i believe most of that is the holiday weight. Half my holiday weight usually comes off pretty quickly once i get back into the groove. I'll probably be back at 153-ish which is where my body feels pretty happy. Fortunately, this is MUCH better than the 207 i was once at, but it's still "overweight". I'm looking to be 135-ish and a size 6 or so. I've been within 5 lbs of 153 for 3 years or so now, and i'm both pleased (that i haven't gained my 50+ lbs back) and displeased because i've not made my goal. I do say that i dont have a whole lot of blame to give besides myself. I dont eat super well. I exercise a decent amount, but could always do more.
Anyhoo, just felt like letting it all out. Thanks for listening. I'm not one for New Year's resolutions, but i do hope i can work on eating better this year. To my health!
