I am trying to drink more water and do more strength training so that i can lose again by Wednesday. This week i gained a pound and i did the same last week. Trying to drink more so I don't have that water retention in my ankles again. Will try for 30 minutes or more of strength training and get the same amount of water in and fruits and veggies to help.
