I'm going to try snowshoeing today for the first time with a group of people going out. They are all experianced and I am not of course. I imagine myself looking like a camal with water flipers on. I am looking forward to it though, it'll be a good way to mix up my cardio.

I ate half a bowl of wonton soup last night and I'm up a pound of water retention, damn wonton. I decided to look up platou busters and found a plan where you eat nothing but protien and oil for two days. I don't think I'lll like drinking a teaspoon of olive oil but it can''t be worse then Buckley's right? I also have to eat eggs, another one of my least favorites, I don't like to eat things that come out of butts.

On the plus side I tried on a winter jacket i loved, bought, but never quite fit and now it does. It might be a bit tight with snow pants under it but I'll know the truth about how good it fits. Amazing how I can be at a platou for over a month but my cloths keep fiting better and better...I wonder if my scale is broken, wouldn't that be nice.

so snowshoeing, avoiding wonton, dringking oil, eating eggs, drinking protein drinks, better fitting clothes, and possibly a broken scale. Preatty interesting day considering it's only 7:20 in the morning.
