    I'm subscribing because I really want to see how great you do! I wish I had done sparkpeople when I was a senior in high school. And what a great goal to go into the Navy! You can do it Kirstin!

  Good luck Kirstin. Thanks for the post. I agree with the above post about walking. That is the easiest thing for me to do. This morning I'm off to Zumba. Maybe you would like to try that. It's pretty fun. Have a great day!

You can't drink enough sure to cut back or eliminate other drinks...especially alcohol.

And just keep moving. Invest in a jump rope and use it...great cardio.

Add cinnamon when eating an apple or to your oatmeal .... Revs metabolism.

Okay...those are some of my best secrets of success.

Oh...and walk, walk, walk...10k steps minimum per day. Get a pedometer and you will know for sure...
