Exercise Done Early Today

Got a walk in this morning and did some Biggest Loser work out before supper. Did good on water and fruit and vegetables too. Trying to catch up on email and look up jobs if any. Feet a little bit swelled up tonight. It has been warm for December these last couple of days for Wisconsin. Depressed cause of the break up.

    Good for you getting your workout in early! I have been trying to get to Curves earlier, if I wait too long I find too many other things to do instead.
