Screwed up?

Friday, January 06, 2012

Yeah, I didn't exercise last nite, despite the fact that I kept telling myself I needed to. And yes, I ate that bagel (with strawberry cream cheese, no less!). But you know what, I made up for it at lunch with a Lean Cuisine Tortilla Crusted Fish (300 calories). I already know we're going out to dinner with friends tonite, but I know the restaurant and I know the cuisine (lots and lots of seafood!), so I may end up not too over my calories for the day. Who knows, I may even be able to squeeze in some exercise later on tonite!

No matter what, though, tomorrow is another day. Just because I screwed up earlier today (and last nite), doesn't mean I have to continue to make bad decisions. Just the fact that I'm not throwing in the towel, or telling myself I failed, proves I'm still on track.

Good attitude--don't thow in the towel--the weight loss will happen, but not if you deprive yourself--then you will thow in the towel

Every day we make choices. Some days we do better then others. Trick is to get more days with better choices!
Figuring "Oh I blew it anyway" just leads to more bad choices. Your altitude is the way to go!
Squeeze in that exercise!

Good attitude! Tomorrow is another day and keep that Spark Streak going with the water! I've made a year now of at least 8 glasses per day and it has been HUGE in my weight loss journey!
