C25K Week Four Completed!

Yesterday was day three of week four for my c25k program. I'm not sure what happened, but my headphones were not working right so we didn't really do the program. We did the 5 minute warm up and then decided to just run until I needed to stop. I probably ran between a a 1/4- 1/2 mile each stretch. I ran two stretches and then ran up the stairs to the top of Mount Trashmore. Wow! Those steps will kick your ass! But in a good way. Tomorrow starts the beginning of week five. It's really empowering to know that I accomplished a month of running; and I earned the 1/2 way to 5k badge. emoticon
