So i did something to my knee the other day, on a call, stepped out of the squad, and there was some ice, ugh.... so i did NOTHING yesterday, and i can bend it... Hubby lectured me, that he would chain me to the couch, i listened.... Not sure how long i should take it easy, but i'll go for a little walk today, cause it's kinda pretty out here today.. 50 degrees:)

I feel so much better these last few days. I just need to keep my chin up and my head high!

Be careful and I agree with the rest, ice, compression and elevation. Walk if you feel up to it. Ice can be very dangergous especially when you are trying to move quickly and do your job well. We don't want you hurt, your too important.
